We opened at 118 W. University because we wanted to be part of the neighborhood — not just a storefront in it. That's the whole thing: organic juices, fresh food, and a place that actually feels like it's for the people who live here.
The menu is built around what grows — organic fruits and vegetables, changed up with the seasons. Nothing processed. Nothing you can't pronounce.
